Flys were and are still currently are as of this review 5/2026, swarming around the hallway of our apartment and coming into our apartment rooms. Called Maintenance three times and will continue to call until the issue is full resolved and there are no more flys, they said they came but the issue is still present flys all over the hallway. Also although the vallet garbage service is nice, the uncertainty of when within the two hour window they pick up the garbage from the hallway and residents ...
not following the guidelines for trash removal has most definitely created this issue and nothing is being done to hold the service and residents accountable for making a mess that has lead to these flys. Many residents also have left garbage intending to “give out” items on decoration furniture that sits in the lobby but it always compounds the problem. The managers have sent emails as concerns but have done nothing to keep these residents accountable and throw out the items residents leave out. The lack of efforts on maintaining cleanliness for these “luxury” apartments is quite a concern and very sad because the staff is genuinely nice and helpful when communicating with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the fly activity within the hallway area. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain.
As soon as our team was made aware of the issue, maintenance responded after hours and treated the matter as an emergency in an effort to address the concern as quickly as possible. While we understand your frustration, we had not received any additional reports indicating the issue remained ongoing following our initial response, and we always encourage residents to continue reporting active concerns directly to the office so we can take immediate action and properly document the situation.
Regarding valet trash, the service operates throughout the entire community and services all 356 apartment homes on a scheduled route. Residents are provided with the designated collection days and timeframes in advance, however, due to the size of the community, there is ...
naturally a collection window while the vendor completes pickups throughout the property. We do continue to remind residents of proper trash disposal procedures and community guidelines, including ensuring trash is properly contained and removing personal items from common areas.
We appreciate your feedback and your acknowledgment of our staff. Providing a clean and comfortable environment for our residents remains a top priority, and we will continue monitoring the area and addressing concerns as they are reported.

First Impression

Where do I even begin? I reached out to this property via phone for weeks due to living in another state and was unable to reach anyone in the leasing office for weeks. When finally able to get someone on the phone it was a representative answering from a call center, who wasn't actually on the property nor had they ever visited the property. However they were helpful with providing a virtual video tour of a unit I was interested in viewing. Moving right along, months later I'm finally in town ...
and able to stop in and actually tour the property yay. I enter the leasing office and I'm greeted by (not so much of a greeting) an actual female employee in the office. My apologies for not remembering her name but her initial facial expression (which didn't change until right before I left) said every bit of she wasn't the least bit interested with assisting me with anything that I needed, but you know what they say about assumptions. After telling her why I stopped in she basically told me that she was busy and that I could tour the model unit by myself until she was done, no biggie the leasing office had only been open for about 45 minute so maybe she was in fact busy (it's not always what you say but how you say it). When she finally came into the model unit I received more of a let's hurry this up because I have things to do kind of attitude. After reading several reviews about the leasing staff intentionally not showing actual units due to the property not being as well kept as the model, I asked if it were possible for me to see an actual unit and I was in fact told that the property was at capacity and no empty units were available for show. However the property's website determined that was untrue and there were 4 units matching my criteria available now. The most alarming part of the property viewing was the leasing agent informing me that in order to qualify for the 2 bdrm unit that I was interested in I would need to have an annual income of $86K, that's a monthly income of $7,000 which would be more than 3 times the amount of the monthly rent. I've rented frequently in the past as well as owned multiple properties and was never required to earn such an extreme income. I typed all of that to say that first impressions are generally lasting ones, although property appeared nice and well kept and the clubhouse was impressive..thanks but no thanks I won't be returning to this property.

Keep in mind that spring and summer are our busiest months. This is one of the many reasons we utilize a call center. When we are busy with other resident or prospect residents, you are still able to speak with someone who has most of the information necessary to assist you. Although your search on our website showed that we had a few homes “available now,” we did have a scheduling issue with our contractors that delayed having the home available to see. However, the finishes in our model are the same as those in each home as we are only 4 years old and have not gone through renovations. Our company policy regarding income is to protect you in the long run. We do not want rent to exceed 30% of your monthly income. We wish you luck in your search for a new home.

Beautiful apartments, neighborhood seems quiet. Getting in touch with the leasing office has been stressful. When you call you are on hold for at least 5 mins, whoever answers the phone partially answers your questions but takes down your info so someone will give you a call back. After a few days no one reaches out and I start the process again. The second person gives me a different answer to my question and insist that someone will call me back but no one does. They do not respond to email ...
either. Maybe they are short staffed but it is very frustrating.

Highly recommend anyone looking for luxury apartments . The front desk has been nothing but helpful and very accommodating. From when I was going through the entire renting process Natasha made it very easy and found me a floor plan exactly what I needed . Everything from grocery stores ,mall ,and fast food places are no more then just 5 min away . Great location and price point and great size apartment compared to everything in the area .
