I love the location the most. Yes, the apartments are lovely and the grounds make it almost perfect but the management and maintenance are what sets it above many other properties. They put effort into addressing every possible issue within a myriad of rental situations. Not an easy position to be in yet it is all handled professionally, coupled with courteousy and fairness. I will always remember this place fondly and recommend Overlook at Indian Trail.

We have lived here since March this year and we love it here for several reasons
1) Manager and office staff are professional, courteous, friendly and helpful
2) Kristen and her maintenance staff are the best very efficient, helpful and friendly, they work hard every day to keep the complex looking good
We love our apartment it's beautiful inside and we enjoy seeing the deer and beavers everyday because our patio faces the Greenbelt
Location is excellent close to everything you may need

Staff here is awful you tell them the trouble you are having with your neighbors. Oh will take care of it. NOT. They care about nothing . Staff needs to grow in the knowledge of there job and fix problems you have instead they could care less and would rather get rid of you because they don't want to deal with complaining. Place has gotten so trashy they don't clean the stairway bird crap every where. Trash in the parking lot along with dog crap.

I didn’t even know that this place existed, but I’m so glad that I found it! The office staff is amazing and you can tell that they really care. I had a small problem with an outlet that went out and the maintenance guy was there that day to fix it! I had chosen an apartment that just got moved out of so I was nervous about how it would look since I was moving in quickly... I was speechless! It was completely spotless!!! This is the place to be! I love living here!!!

If you're looking for a company that breaks laws to make a quick buck because their occupancy is so low, Maintenance Technicians who have no idea what they are doing, rude and unprofessional staff/upper Management who lie, and a dirty apartment upon move in, then this is the place.
