Safe and sound

Yes, the apartments are lovely and the grounds make it almost perfect but the management and maintenance are what sets it above many other properties. They put effort into addressing every possible issue within a myriad of rental situations. Not an easy position to be in yet it is all handled professionally, coupled with courteousy and fairness. I will always remember this place fondly and recommend Overlook at Indian Trail.

Staff needs to grow in the knowledge of there job and fix problems you have instead they could care less and would rather get rid of you because they don't want to deal with complaining. Place has gotten so trashy they don't clean the stairway bird crap every where. Trash in the parking lot along with dog crap.

I had a small problem with an outlet that went out and the maintenance guy was there that day to fix it! I had chosen an apartment that just got moved out of so I was nervous about how it would look since I was moving in quickly... I was speechless! It was completely spotless!!! This is the place to be! I love living here!!!
