August 31, 2023The apartment is fine, however you pay for amenities you don’t get to use. The pool hours went to 4pm-8pm during the week WHEN she shows up. It’s basically like living with a harsh HOA but for an apartment. They say they are pet friendly but then send out letters saying watch where your dog pees because they say it’s killing the grass… in the summer…. Also they show you a great clubhouse that you can only use during the office hours, so 8-5 week days and closed on weekends, so give up hope ever ...seeing it again after you get the apartment. Even though all the renters are upset we don’t get to use the things we pay for, they don’t care and ignore your emails. You are better off trying somewhere else where there may be a chance you can use the things you pay for.Property Manager Responded

Very nice but not very “resort style”
July 5, 2023The apartments are beautiful and spacious, all amenities are awesome…. If you’re lucky enough to use them.you can only use the clubhouse during office hours of 8:30-5:30 Monday through Saturday, so if you work full time, don’t count on using everything you’re paying for. Seems that everything is complicated for tenants including gets work orders fulfilled when things need fixed, which is often. When you go to your scheduled showing, everything seems perfect, maybe even too good to be true, that’s ...because it kind of is.Property Manager Responded
