March 28, 2026Very bad experience living here. The bathrooms have mold issues that never get properly fixed. Parking is always a problem with not enough spaces available. Maintenance is extremely slow—you have to submit multiple work orders for the same issue. Trash service keeps getting more expensive, but the compactor is always overflowing and dirty. Management is unprofessional and not helpful at all—they just waste your time instead of solving problems. Overall, not worth the money. April 30, 2025We've lived here almost 4 years. Really love the apartment. We haven't really had any bad experiences except we now have a noisy neighbor upstairs and sometimes the trash piles up at the compactor which is in the front of the apartment complex. Also, people drive to fast, and there isn't many speed bumps for safety. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is great. Overall a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded
