Very bad experience living here. The bathrooms have mold issues that never get properly fixed. Parking is always a problem with not enough spaces available. Maintenance is extremely slow—you have to submit multiple work orders for the same issue. Trash service keeps getting more expensive, but the compactor is always overflowing and dirty. Management is unprofessional and not helpful at all—they just waste your time instead of solving problems. Overall, not worth the money. I would not ...

I love my home, the environment, the community and the atmosphere it brings. Its a good combination of quiet, close to amenities and businesses and easy access to the highway and anything I need. I enjoy the space and the neighborhood as well

I enjoy living here! Neighborhood is peaceful. I only wish residents would put trash outside of the compactor because it makes the front of the neighborhood look trashy.

We've lived here almost 4 years. Really love the apartment. We haven't really had any bad experiences except we now have a noisy neighbor upstairs and sometimes the trash piles up at the compactor which is in the front of the apartment complex. Also, people drive to fast, and there isn't many speed bumps for safety. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is great. Overall a nice place to live.

I absolutely love being here. I've lived in a few places over the past several years and I finally feel at home. Some that maybe offered more updated decor or appliances and I always felt like I lived in a glorified hotel suite. The first time I walked into this place, I finally felt like I was home.

So far it has been great! Zach in the office is the nicest! He will work hard to help in anyway he can. I have no complaints with the community. It’s nice and quiet. I love that they come and pick up your trash for you.
