Constant repairs needed because the problems are never fixed, just patched for the moment. My windows are so dirty I cannot see out of them, when they clean gutters, the dirt runs down the outside of building and is never cleaned up! Windows and entrance to building has not been cleaned in 4 and 1/2 years . Leaking from upstairs in bath, ceiling stays, wet, mold and discolored, they do not repair, they patch and in 2 weeks its back again. Drive and parking area has huge pot holes, not even ...

There are no parking spaces. The paint peels and there’s constantly things breaking down in my apartment. I called maintenance and none of them spoke English to communicate with me. Im a girl and I was home alone one time when the maintenance men walked in without even knocking! They unlocked my apartment and brought some of their friends too! I’ve complained multiple times to the office and they don’t do a thing about it. They blame it on me. When I brought up the fact that I had to walk all the ...
