April 9, 2025Overture is a great place to socialize and meet new friends. There is always something going on and you have choices as to what you do. Cards, billiards, happy hour, painting and a book club. Fair size gym and yoga classes. People meet in the community room to talk or watch TV. Karaoke on Tuesday. March 14, 2025Enjoying where you live in an apartment vs a house is really dependent on the apartment's staff and your neighbors. Overture ABQ has the best of both. The staff facilitates this with lots of social events, the maintenance team is superb, and everyone here IS SO FRIENDLY! The architecture and decorating is also beautiful. I absolutely love my floor plan, we have a large dog park and pet friendly staff. And the cherry on top, you can watch the Albuquerque Balloon Festival flying from many of the ...balconies.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025I love living here...inside my apartment is perfect. Maintenance is amazing. Parking is not. Rules are only enforced for those following them anyway.
