Apartment is fine although sloppy vinyl floor installation means black gunk in many places on the floor. Communication good, many activities planned.

Overture Andalucia is the nicest place I've ever lived in and this includes owning a prior home once for over 25 years. I am very happy living here . The staff is a team of professional people . The neighbors are kind . I love the exercise classes and other activities they offer. Staff works very hard to keep the place looking great. The happy hours are also much appreciated.
