We were promised classes art, creative things, educational speakers, etc. The carpeting in the hallways have noticeable stains, doesn’t look good to possible future residents or to current residents. We haven’t had the new manager introduce herself and has had minimal interaction with residents. We need a professional resident friendly person to interact with residents. Thank God for Ashley and Christine. The staff ...apparently go out for lunch together occasionally and lock the front door. That is not good. I would suggest Amy have a community town meeting and find out what other residents think and the future of Overture Arcadia.Property Manager Responded
