Very welcoming. Some things should be explained more. Example sign up sheets. Package delivery. Name tags would be nice at functions. It would have been helpful to introduce new residents at the information meeting

Very happy with living at Overture Daniel However, You have to get off the island for any errands. It's a place very idyllic for families, if you're not able drive it's not very Convenient.

we have a wonderful staff and our manager cares for our community as did our previous manager. i cannot complain as i believe we here at Overture are blessed to live-in a 55 active community. we have many activities to choose from including getting outside and enjoying our beautiful island!
