June 6, 2025Overture Dr. Phillips has been our home since it opened. My mom and I have been very happy here. The staff has been wonderful, the building continues to be well-maintained, and the grounds well-kept. We enjoy the neighborhood. Grocery store choices are really great as are restaurant varieties. Most of our doctors are nearby so that driving is manageable. Having a Wal-mart and a Whole Foods within walking distance is a huge plus. We highly recommend this community.Property Manager Responded
