    I felt like the staff was rude at times . I was charged 770 dollars in fees for my dog that just visits the water was so gross and left black slime in the toilet sink and ice maker even the shower pooled in one area and it took bleach to clean up the rusty floor the bedroom was freezing and the washer leaks on the floor .

    The best place for us. My husband and I lived here for 3 years with our two dogs. The only reason we left is to move away for my husband’s job. This was the most convenient, clean, beautiful, fun place we have ever stayed. The ladies in the front office and the fellas in maintenance are consistently kind and helpful. They attended to every request quickly and with joy. We were kept abreast of every schedule change and maintenance plan with enough time to prepare accordingly. The hallways and ...
    grounds were constantly being cleaned and manicured. The flowers were replanted every season. The snow was plowed by the time we had to leave for work. I never had to wonder where our rent money was going because I could see it put to good use every week. The events like customer service appreciation week, taco nights, food truck nights and dog mingle nights meant so much to us as new residents with no family in the area. On some holidays, they provided candy bags on ALL resident’s doors, pet goodie bags and pastries at the front office. We truly felt like we were well taken care of here and we will miss the home we made here dearly. We send our appreciation to all of the wonderful people in the Overture team, with special thanks to Kim and Tim. Thank you for making our community what it is. We can only hope to find another place like this to call home.
