leaking ceiling, mold, spiders, cold water
November 19, 2025Staff left my ceiling leaking sewer water from a giant hole in the ceiling for a full month - the smell was putrid. The hole allowed for the entry of spiders into the apartment and increased mold in bathroom. I repeatedly found spider nests on my walls and in my curtains. completely unhygienic. Various contractors came in and out at different times all while a newborn baby was in the home- no other arrangements were offered in compensation. Thankfully I had a 2b2b however this ruined my plans ...of having guests because the smell from the leak made the master bedroom uninhabitable- I slept on my living room couch for the full month. Also, when initially renting - I was promised an early release clause that was revoked when I made the attempt to buy out due to “new management”. Giant tub but never had enough hot water to fill it!!! Not nearly enough parking.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025Luxury apartments with a compromise The stay was great with a good staff, lots of walking paths a dog park and key fobs. The one thing my spouse and I wished was different was the wate. It was very heavily in metals that cased us to have to purchase a water filter to prevent damage to the individual hairs follicals. Secondly, the water had sediment/ partials in it. At any time, we could fill a cup of water from the kitchen sink and find little particles floating. So we went and bought purified ...water from the store. Other than that. The maintenance as very helpful and the trash service was great!Property Manager Responded
