I call Overture Hamlin my home. Like myself, others are very respectful of our property. The outside grounds as well as the inside common areas are meticulously maintained! The management team is energetic and involved. The maintenance team is efficient and trustworthy. For those who don’t wish to drive, grocery, pet grooming/vet, fast food, mid range and a couple high end restaurants are within a several minute walk. Oh let’s not forget the heated pool and the rentable guest suite! My family ...

Be aware, though marketed as an over 55 community, there are some difficulties for the handicap. These residents are independent and wish to remain so. Maintenance is rapid, housekeeping immaculate. Nice sized. bright apartments. Management pleasant and always take of concerns.

Our community at Overture Hamlin has been so welcoming and helpful if we have any issues they are spot on. This is the vest place to spend our retirement, the other residents are fun and enjoy all the activities that the management has for us. It’s like a cruise ship on land.
