The Overture here in RSM is a great community. It’s open and vibrant. It feels like a hotel. The office staff is great and are always willing to help. The maintenance staff are everywhere, they make sure our community stays as great as it is. Always making improvements for us to enjoy. They always come together as a team for our events and make it fun.

Overture RSM makes routine maintenance and special maintenance request easy, simple and they are very accommodating of special needs. We have had a flurry of special accommodation requests needed for my father's disability upon moving in. Overture RSM has been especially helpful getting everything set up for comfort, convenience and most importantly, safety. I can't express enough how helpful the staff has been. Some residents are less "active" than others, and need their unique situations ...
