    Overall it has been somewhat difficult getting results on the Dangerous lawn in front of my apartment. Those are : many ruts, some Chanels 2 of which were dug by someone, entire lawn area is dangerous ( I gave fallen 3 times and clothes were destroyed and I pair of shoes were not cleanable . I had been conversing with managements since Feb 2024 with no results. However about 5 or 6 weeks ago the manager brought a man to look it over he agreed to get it repaired after inspecting it and taking ...
    notes on needs. However, the manager qualified that by telling me it would not be done for a while. It is still dangerous, mosquitoes are are above normal, friends are reluctant to visit, especially after rain. The area stands rain and is muddy for around 10 days after a rain. It is the lowest area on the entire front of the building. This problem is difficult to deal with. I believe 27 weeks wait for action is ridiculous! The apartments are large, the halls etc. are well cared for, the parking design is the best in the area, the ladies who help all of the over 100 tenants are great. Best of all are the tenants. We are helped to get to know one another my great fun events

While we encourage use of the sidewalks and entry into the building, I know it seems more convenient to just walk through the grass and enter from the gate on your patio. While we have discussed your issue with the landscaper and will make an effort to improve this area, it cannot be made as level or safe as the entryways intended for this building.
