October 13, 2025I have rarely had maintenance problems. If I can fix it, I do, but I'm 80, so I'm limited in what I can do. My air-conditioning went out and Cody and Shawn fixed it promptly. I do wish the gates and doors would be fixed. They haven't worked in a year and that is the reason people move here for security. The grounds are well kept.Property Manager Responded
