Maintenance is horrible and there are many people waiting on big items. With a lack of staff right now, work orders are not being done because the temporary maintenancer men have to enter an apartment with a staff person.

I am incredibly frustrated with the recent decision to completely replace the wonderful onsite team at this property. The previous staff members were the main reason this community felt like home. They were professional, genuinely caring, quick to respond to maintenance requests, and always went above and beyond for the residents. Since they were let go, the drop in service and communication has been stark. The property is losing its welcoming atmosphere, and it is clear that management no longer ...

values community or quality service. Getting rid of an exceptional team was a massive mistake, and I can no longer recommend living here. Now our lifestyle coordinator Audrey is leaving. This is the third one we have gone through this year alone! Greystar should not manage this property!

The community is situated on a nice piece of property bordered by a tidal canal, a heavily wooded adjacent property and the West Ashley Greenway. It is within walking distance of necessities and restaurants and just across the river from Charleston’s medical complex.

Jallyssa, OWA’s leasing manager, is the reason I chose OWA and I am also excited to have some new additions to the management team. Since arriving, Mike, Veronica, and Audrey have all been very welcoming and responsive to the residents needs . They genuinely care about our community and have made many positive improvements. Overture West Ashley is a beautiful place to live! I like my neighbors and the location can’t be beat! The classes included for stretch and balance and aqua aerobics are led by a caring knowledgeable trainer and are fun and educational. Classes are included for those who may need to exercise from a chair also. No facility can meet all your recreational needs but the location puts you in close proximity to senior centers and libraries and the Greenway is adjacent to our facility. Restaurants and a ...

Very Appreciative of the New Staff, they seem to be more helpful, leaving office door open so we're welcome to ask for help! Doing better job getting things fixed with doors, pool and plan to get gates repaired! GOOD food/wine and beer, hoping for more ACTIVE Activities. IF things continue to improve will be planning to stay IF can get a small affordable 1 bedroom apartment downstairs!!!
