January 26, 2026Seniors languish without community . They no longer live near family or in a “ neighborhood “ where people know each other . Overture provides the optimal environment for people to connect and care for one another . I just visited with a neighbor with early Alzheimer’s while his wife underwent chemo for cancer. All arranged for in the hallway and texting . ( she was driven to treatment by another Overture resident.) and p.s. we all met each other in Christy’s exercise class! January 15, 2026Overture West Ashley has recently reached a new level of excellence thanks to a leadership team that genuinely cares. Our Community Manager Nicole has been a true catalyst for change. Her proactive approach is finally getting long-standing projects done—most notably, the doors are finally being repaired, which has made a huge difference in our daily lives. Beyond the physical improvements, the resident events have become so much more engaging and fun, bringing a renewed energy to the entire ...building. The new Assistant Manager has also been a stellar addition. They are incredibly helpful, professional, and ensure everything runs smoothly with a personal touch. Dishonest, unethical, disrespectful
December 16, 2025Maintenance of facility including security doors and gates unrepaired for over a year and counting. Unit repair delayed and sometimes ignored as many residents note, dirty hallways. Large charges on move out...whatever they can get away with in my opinion. I would avoid this and other Greystar properties.Property Manager Responded
