Looks nice from the outside, but actually quite dirty inside
September 3, 2022From the outside, this place looks okay. And it is just OKAY. There's nothing dangerously wrong, like there's no serious bug infestations or anything, and the neighbors are all really quiet and respectful. There was never any serious crime while I was there, either. (Packages were stolen ALL the time, though, due to a lack of any type of proper mail system.) However. This place is FILTHY. They clearly did not shampoo the carpets or clean well, as evidence of the previous tenant's pet was ...everywhere (pet food on the floor, evidence of previous vomit on the carpet). That could all easily be fixed, though. The real problem is the air and water. I spent more than $1,000 on air filters and water filters because it's just disgusting and greasy. In over 3 years they never changed the air filters and never did any maintenance (despite putting flyers on the door saying the guys were coming to do so... well I never saw any notes left in the unit saying work was completed). My nose was completely stuffed up for 3+ years and I had the worst acne in my life. I moved out and guess what? Clear skin and I can breathe at night! I started noticing in was the apartment after my first work trip out of town when I was able to breathe easy and then it continued. There is something seriously filthy in this property. The management is more concerned about installing water-saving toilets and sending out emails every week about "high water usage" in your building than actually providing clean water. There are newer, better and cheaper places in Sioux Falls than this. I would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good but...
September 10, 2015I think it is is a nice place because of they lay out, and floor planes, big room with somewhat walk in close,t huge living room and kitchen for an apartment, good location, I live in a two bedroom two bathroom, I love how we can have pets because I would miss my fur baby, with one hug one garage, and no smoking so it will not smell up the apartments, but I don't like the FedEx service here I know it might not be on their part but on FedEx themselves jese Pizza Hut was more professional when it ...come to using the buzzer if anything it would be nice if they would keep our package for a day or two so we will have time to get it, and also have a gym or some kind of fitness area but luckily they going to have a pool there also an elavater.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
