March 13, 2023Sent in our application and literally just never heard back, over 2 weeks have gone by. Realtor said max would be 3 days and then when I told him we heard nothing he just said “keep checking your email” We are more than qualified to live here but no response from management and very little help from the realtor…major red flag. Good luck to anyone who applies, hopefully they get around to yours!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible and cheap place to live
March 11, 2023The house is very cheap and management is horrible and money hungry. They will give u hell when is ur time to move out and will create lies to keep ur deposit. Awful company. Live there for 2 years and really regretted it.Property Manager Responded
March 14, 2023Unfortunately, this is an inaccurate review from a disgruntled former tenant in response to receiving notice that she is responsible for extensive damages caused to our unit during her tenancy, which was brand new upon her move-in. We are proud of our Oxford Community and the quality housing it provides to hundreds of tenants, contrary to the baseless claims of this one past tenant. We encourage any prospective tenant to reach out to our current tenants to obtain a more accurate perspective on our Community and management.

beautiful homes, perfect for small families
November 5, 2020Beautiful homes and cheerful tenants. Neighborhood is perfect for families with younger children and is typically quiet despite ongoing construction. It really feels like a community and is a great opportunity to rent in Oxford where schools are fantastic and homes are expensive.Property Manager Responded

This property is excellent
September 26, 2020I have been looking for a new place to rent for the past 2 months. Finally, I found Oxford Commons. I am very happy at this place. It is spacious, yet cozy. The neighborhood is very serene and quiet. It is smoke free, and that is an important point for me. I recommend Oxford Commons.Property Manager Responded
