Avoid at all costs
July 3, 2024I was a resident of Oxford flats for two years while I went to grad school. The units themselves are cute, but the bldg is falling apart. Water damage. Mold. Poor construction etc. There is basically no managing company. It would take weeks and sometimes months to contact someone at Manor, the listed management firm. The property is poorly secured. This lead to weekly breakins and theft. Luxury amenities were always promised and often lied about, I was told numerous times gym equipment had ...already been purchased and would be installed in a month. There are zero luxury amenities at this property. Many of the units were operated as Air BnB’s and often times parties would get out of hand. I would see kids passed out drunk or pissing in the hallways, which were rarely ever cleaned much less sanitized or deep cleaned. Just avoid this property. It has been over a month since I moved out and I’ve had zero contact or response with anyone from Major, and I expect I will never get my security deposit back.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
