Overall good experience living here so far. They have a great pool and people are friendly, and they approved me despite not having the best credit score. I don’t however like that maintenance does not give a curtosy call or text before just letting themselves into your home. Just an email that sometimes ends up in the spam folder.

Have lived here for 9 years. Love it here. Great community. Wonderful maintenance team. Amenities are fantastic. Love the pool especially. They have bikes you can borrow, playground, indoor and outdoor gym and dog park.

The staff is friendly. There is trash in the community that needs to be picked up i.e. paper, bottles, bags and discarded food. In the winter the roads aren't plowed very well. My vehicle is usually plowed in. Therefore I need to manually remove it myself. It's very inconvenient and with the high rent we pay you would think they would more considerate.
