I had the pleasure of living at Oxford Crossing for two years. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, the ladies in the office, Jennifer/Nicole were wonderful, always available to answer questions and always took your phone call, never did I have to leave a message. Their maintenance men were on point, I never had to wait 24 hours before they would come to fix what I called in for. If your looking for more than an apartment, this is the place to be, more like your own little ...

You get what you pay for

Nichole, Andy, Jennifer, Jacob, Jessica I have enjoyed living at Oxford for the last 18 months. Nichole was really understand! I am only leaving due my job being an hour away. If not I would have continued living here. As a teacher, this was very close to my school. Teacher discounts was a peak too. The maintenance always took care of anything that needed to be fix or replaced in a timely manger. Anytime, would received a package they would always text me letting me know my package would arrive. ...
If it was to heavy they would bring inside of my apartment. Very sweet because I lived on the third floor and they didn’t have to do that for me. I do advise to get a carport or a garage due to limited parking. It is worth it when you come home late. Most of my issues came from the residence like understanding we are in an apartment complex. Another thing is the dog poop! I have seen maintenance come out with the pooper scooper and pick it up but that’s just being lazy on the residence part. I definitely enjoyed my stay at Oxford.

Nice but....

We have only lived here a short time, but so far, everyone is really nice from the staff to the residences. It is pretty quiet, clean and somewhat amble close parking. There are a couple of issues; 1.the valet trash pickup; you would think it would be something you could opt out of but it is a mandatory $25 a month for Sunday to Thursday trash pickup. At first, I loved the idea of being able to put my trash can outside the door and someone else coming along to take it out, but as time is ...
going on it is not that simple. You have to make sure to tie the trash bag(s) up. If you have a pizza box that keeps you from tying the bag forget about them taking the trash. If you do have boxes you are suppose to be able to break them down and leave them by the trash can, not sure about that one. Of course, they may or may not actually pick-up the trash that night. You will find most of the time you take the trash out yourself because it is easier and you pass right by the dumpster. Bit of a waste of money for no benefit 2. The dishwasher is a joke. Talk about cheap, they have the cheapest model available. If you want clean glasses don’t put a lot of stuff on the bottom rack. 3. The clothes dryer; It is great not having to purchase your own washer and dryer, but again, the cheapest model around. If you want your clothes to dry you have to dry them for a good 1.5 to 2 hours or do really small loads. And lastly 4. The air conditioner units. If you are on the first floor, you will have to listen to three air conditioners running all the time in the summer because they are located right outside the bedroom window.

Stay away from this place. They lie about most of the stuff they promised to me when I signed my lease. The staff members act all nice at the beginning but after moving in, you see a whole different side of them. I would not recommend this place. Perfect all around!

I moved into Oxford at Crossroads Centre a 1 1/2 ago. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Nicole and Kelly are personable and make you feel at home. The office staff often have treats in the office for holidays / special events and have recently started having Happy Hour in the Club House. You can keep up with the goings-on via Instagram or via text messages from the staff if you opt to receive them. I added Oxford on Instagram and had a fee waived for doing so. ...
There are so many things that I love about these apartments. The location would be number one! It is right off of Hwy 35 and 287 with easy access and a 25 minute drive to Dallas. Directly across the road is Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. Oxford offers a 30% monthly discount for hospital employees. If you are an animal lover, this is your place! I have a Labrador Retriever and this is the only apartment complex in town that would accept a dog of this size. The location is surrounded by large fields that are perfect for letting your dog run around. If you prefer, there is also a dog park on site. This is a quiet place to live. This is important to me as I work nights and sleep during the day. The pool is great! Relaxing and a nice place to hang out with wifi. Well equipped gym on site with free weight and various machines. Oxford also offers trash valet! (I personally love this.) Another convenience is the full size washer and dryer in each apartment. Last but not least... free cable! The apartments were recently upgraded with fiber optic cable for better service. I would recommend this complex. I have enjoyed living here and plan to stay another year.

I love the community. The conveniences of a Business Center, BBQ/Grills, Resort Style Pool, 24hr Gym! The properties are beautiful and well maintained inside and out. All appliances, paint and fixtures are current and nice. The large garden tubs are to die for! Very Pet Friendly! The staff is helpful and informative! Great place to live! Not to mention prime location at the intersection of I-35 and US 287. Would highly recommend it!

When we first moved back to Texas, we had no intentions of staying in an apartment this long. However the location, the experience of the over all grounds and apartment and more importantly the staff and management has made it easy to call the Oxfords home. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Waxahachie.

Oxford at Crossroads Centre are by far the best apartment complex, theirs apartments are new, modern and very clean. Great pool, great fitness center and great people. The manager and employees are amazing, we didn't have any problem, the manager always asked us if we were ok and if we needed anything, very nice people! We already miss them!

properties. The few that I have had an issue with my apartment (minor), maintenance has addressed and resolved them immediately. Pest control is provided monthly and I have never seen a single insect inside my apartment. The grounds are immaculately maintained and beautiful. There is a large courtyard, great for an evening walk and a chat with neighbors. The resort style pool is refreshing and beautiful and feels like a little bit of a tropical vacation right here at home. The location, at the intersection of I35E and Highway 287, could not be better; particularly for Dallas or Ft. Worth commuters. It's the perfect choice for apartment living here in Ellis County!
