Nice but thin walls

I live on a bottom floor and am able to hear every step, jump, ball bounce from my upstairs neighbors, including their alarm clock and amorous encounters. I can’t wait to move. While I had no upstairs neighbors it was so quiet and lovely. It is a nice property. They don’t enforce the picking up the dog poop rule and I see so many people break it and the poop stations often have no bags.

Perfect for the price

My husband and I just moved in and we love it! The friendly staff made signing all the contracts so easy. The apartments are conveniently located to any shopping or food you could want or need. Because the apartments are bigger we never hear our neighbors. And a BIG added bonus is the cute doggy park a nice area to let him off the leash and play.

My son and I have been living here for 6 months now and it has been the greatest experience by far. When it comes to safety, great community, great staff on top of everything, the convenience of being so close to everything,(great schools, HEB, Wal Mart, restaurants, gas stations, you name it it's around here) and of course the style, Oxford at Estonia is the best complex to be. This is not just an apartment this is our home. The staff is always so nice and take care of any issues right away it's ...

They have games, cardio classes you can attend as a group, the pools are always super clean, it's got video surveillance and you see staff members patrolling the area just to make sure everything is just right. I have been to so many apartments moving and moving because of so many different issues that I thought I would never find a great place for me and my son to call home. As soon as I walked into the leasing office I knew I had found our home and I'm not planning to moving anytime soon.

My husband and I have been living here for 9 months now and we've really enjoyed our stay here at these apartments. We moved to San Antonio for a job relocation and basically were in a rush looking for a place that was comfortable with us as far as price and safety. We bounced around with a relocation expert and found nothing comfortable and safe. We went on our own to look at a place and this apartment complex was our first stop! They were so friendly in showing us the apartment very last ...
minute, answered all questions we needed and these were "luxury" apartments so I'm not gonna lie, we were pretty excited. We've never had a fire place before. And this apartment is really spacious. I like the size of the one bedrooms! They gave my husband a great move in offer and they were also kind enough to give us a teacher discount for his job. Couldn't be more perfect! They were willing to work with the relocation situation and gave us a 6 month lease so we could see if we liked the new city and my husband liked his new job, that way if he resigned his teacher's contract, we would resign the apartment lease! We resigned! They even gave us a choice of add ons to the apartment for resigning the lease. We got an accent wall and are waiting for a fan to be put in our living room, and got our carpet in the room cleaned (since we don't have carpet, only in the room). 20 minutes away from his job. We are located around the northwest side of town, it's around convinience stores, pharmacies, eateries, and big stores are also about a 5 minute drive. I loved the location of the apartments! The cool thing also was that this complex is two different complexes across the street from one another. The main side which is 8200 Micron, is the main office, has the computers, gym, big pool, laundry room, dog park, etc. Across the street is where we are located and its peaceful. We also have a smaller pool on this side but nobody bothers anyone and its calm, cool, and collected! I work closely so all I do is walk across Culebra and I'm at work. Perfect for us!
