If you can, avoid this apartment complex.

We are about 10 months into our lease and I will say I fully regret moving into these apartments.
Communication at the beginning was horrible, lots of back and forth with Myra, til we were properly informed on how they do move in dates by management.
Pool is always closed for more of the summer than it’s been open, and it’s never clean.
Maintenance requests take a minimum of two weeks. (A simple plumbing issue hasn’t been properly fixed).
They provide a doggy shower station, been closed ...
majority of the time I’ve been here. They fixed it last week, and it’s already out of service again less than 10 days later.
Car port fell over because it’s rusted and not maintained properly.
Apartment has stations for dog poop bags but “are not legally required to supply the bags”, or apparently empty the trash cans at those stations regularly.
Before moving in, the unit was filthy. Carpet is not properly placed down either, can’t wait to not receive my deposit!
This apartment complex is rated 2/5 stars on Apartments.com. Take that as you will.
Management appears to at least be making an effort to improve some things but could very easily be lying to save face.
