January 31, 2025I've enjoyed living here for the most part. Rents are expensive in Savannah. They just are. For the amenities like an on site gym, gated parking lot, in unit laundry, etc., I think the rent is reasonable. The location is excellent: easy to walk to Forstyh Park and some scad buildings. Only complaints are that amazon and delivery drivers cannot access the building so they often have to call to be let in. Also the rear magnetic locking doors have been broken for months, which is a security risk.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025Apartments are very nice and in a great area. But the little things that do go wrong (eg broken water dispenser / ice maker) take quite a few emails and at least a week or so to get even get a response (still pending a fix). Leasing team is split between two properties- very nice but not as available as they're mainly stationed at the other property.Property Manager Responded
