I called to check on it was told it was issued two months ago. I informed them I never received it and they should be able to see it was never cashed. She said she would check with her manager and call me back. I never received a call back. I have left countless messages and emails with no response. CRIME AREA
March 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the higest crime area in Mauldin. On 22 March 2024 there was a double homicide across the street. This complex has seen its fair share including grand theft auto and drive-bys. Stay away, especially if you have kids. Your not safe here and the complex does nothing about your saftey and security. They dont even have cameras up anywhere. Ridiculous.Property Manager Responded

Staffing is a Joke

Since then, the staff has never been in office, and it takes maintenance months to actually respond to a service call. August 8, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comLove it here at the terrace at butler office ladies Deirdre and candy are amazing very caring about the residents here.At first i was not sure if I like the location of my apartment but it grew on me, love my location clean,quiet and my neighbor across from me is great,maintenance is great quick to reply and the amenities are wonderful. I'm glad I moved here,excellent location,schools stores,restaurants safe i highly recommend this complex.And building 500 is wonderful.kennedy
