They will say anything to get your business, but don't keep track of what they say or promise. February 27, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comWhen my thermastat went out called emergency maintznce number was disconnected. Fire department tried the three emergency contacts they had and fhe could do is leave a message. So if there was an actual fire one wonders what would oc happened. I have a baby and it was cold that night and we had to make other arrangements to sleep that night. I czll mamagement and property management and no one ever called me back in fact I am still waiting for that call back. There excuse was phone was broke as ...far as I am concerned nothing but an excuse. Could even offer a discount for displacing me. Parkside is greedy. I will break my lease the is a safety concern to my family. These apartment are even remodeled just refaced and overly priced.Read More
