Hidden Gem
January 23, 2019I’m a resident here at Parkside and I have to say I’ve been living here for about 10 months now and I love it They have a little calendar of every month they print out for the community! Filled with games to play, a free car wash for residents on every second Friday of the month, and etc! Great staff, amazing amenities, great for kids, and pets, quite and respectful neighbors. Only downside to it is it’s right next to the freeway lol so if you’re in the back buildings beware of the sound of ...traffic all day-everyday 10/10 would recommend!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Stay away
October 28, 2018I lived here for 2 years, and during the last year I came to despise this property. As a matter of fact, we know of at least two neighbors that left about the same time and had been living there even longer than us. Prior to deciding to move out, we talked to a staff about getting a 2br. She put our name on the wait list. About 2 months later we went to check on that, and the staff - the exactly same person - acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. We mentioned our name was on the ...list, and her answer was "I don't see it here, but I can add it for you". Dog owners don't clean after their pets. Some neighbors have absolutely no respect for the well-being of others. They party at the pool until 2a or later, playing loud music and using foul language as if they were in the privacy of their homes. Patrol was called many times but by the time they show up, it's too late. Kids run around late at night, disturbing everyone around. Some people invite their whole family - 15 people - to use the pool and bbq area and camp around ALL day playing their music and screaming at each other. We moved out in the beginning of the month. A staff did the walk through with us and said he didn't see anything wrong. We received our security deposit in the mail - short $150 - that the property claims it was used to clean the apartment. Our carpet was washed last year, courtesy of Antonio, the then manager of Parkside Villas. Two adults lived there, and we both work and made sure the apartment was perfectly clean when we left. They said part of the deposit went to wash the carpet. That's part of YOUR maintenance, not mine. They also claim to have cleaned the fridge, microwave and oven. That's a big lie! We cleaned the WHOLE apartment before we moved out. I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. Save your money and live elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
