August 2, 2020This was once the property of Beaver County Housing Authority and the new owners want way too much for theses apartments with nothing included. Management doesn't know what they are doing cause when you go see the apartment complex it's nothing like the pictures above. No amenities comes with this apartment complex so just be ready to be disappointed and disguised at the same time.Review from Apartments.com
Dont do it!!
September 8, 2015Its nothing what it said. And what is that picture of? None of the apartments look like that. False advertising...no carpet, no washer/dryer hookup. Needs painting, some need screen doors! Air conditioning only of YOU but it. No central air! A basketball court that needs repainted and what's a sports court? That's not there either. Don't let the small rent fool you cause trust me you will get just that. They say you get what you pay for. Smh I made a big mistake and looking to fix it.Review from Apartments.com
