I love this place
October 30, 2025Pointe at East Shore is a very nice property. Nicely located in Apopka Fl. in a pretty, wooded neighborhood near schools, shopping and restaurants. Big, clean apartments ; with all the terrific amenities. Great staff, from the property manager, the leasing agents and even the great maintenance staff. Amazing place to live!!
October 16, 2025I’ve been living at the point at Eastshore now for several months and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The property is well kept and maintenance is incredibly reliable. The Office is incredibly helpful with any issues that come up and can usually fix them within 24 hours, David has always been very insightful and always has answers to any question I have. There’s a stairmaster in the apartment gym. The pool is fantastic especially for football season if you’re a sports fan with ...plenty of TVs! Also the neighborhood is incredibly safe I’ve never had any issues with anyone bothering me and it’s very walkable If you have pets, I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough for the luxury that it provides and the affordability you can’t find something better!Property Manager Responded

WOW, home sweet home
October 16, 2025So I originally viewed the property and I loved it at first sight, but I wanted to see other options in the Area they had good options. But this place just kept coming back to me the staff, the ambience, the location access to the highways. It’s not super busy with traffic. It was just a perfect opportunity and I couldn’t pass it. The move-in was super smooth,David was great took care of everything I needed. Brutally Honest

Been here since they opened.
January 3, 2024Moved in to the complex when they first opened. Have been through multiple managers and maintaince staff. I can honestly say the place went from ok to the slums to great! The new manager Jill has really taken control of things. The maintaince guys (Eric, Chad, and Darren) are great guys, you have any issue they are right there to fix it. We thought about leaving at the end of our last lease. But with the new team, we decided to stay!Property Manager Responded
