Great staff, nice community
November 7, 2025Moving in I met with David and he was excellent helping the process go smoothly and since moving in any problems I’ve had have been addressed quickly thanks to Randy. The location’s a big plus — it’s super close to the theme park where we work, so the commute is a breeze. Prices feel fair for what you get, and everything’s clean and up to date. I love this place
October 30, 2025Pointe at East Shore is a very nice property. Nicely located in Apopka Fl. in a pretty, wooded neighborhood near schools, shopping and restaurants. Big, clean apartments ; with all the terrific amenities. Great staff, from the property manager, the leasing agents and even the great maintenance staff. Friendly, nice, and helpful while always being proffessional. Amazing place to live!!
October 16, 2025I’ve been living at the point at Eastshore now for several months and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The property is well kept and maintenance is incredibly reliable. The Office is incredibly helpful with any issues that come up and can usually fix them within 24 hours, David has always been very insightful and always has answers to any question I have. There’s a stairmaster in the apartment gym. The pool is fantastic especially for football season if you’re a sports fan with ...plenty of TVs! Also the neighborhood is incredibly safe I’ve never had any issues with anyone bothering me and it’s very walkable If you have pets, I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough for the luxury that it provides and the affordability you can’t find something better!Property Manager Responded
