Worse Maintenance

I am currently a resident and i have put on so many work orders to fix my door issues, but they do not resolve my issue. My door has huge spaces and because of that my energy bill is twice than expected but the office staff says that they cannot replace my door this year. I am annoyed to my worse.

Our maintenance team has addressed the issue with repairs, including installing new weather stripping to help improve the seal around the door. We also understand your concerns about the condition of the door and have advised you that we will be re-evaluating our planned door replacement list on July 1 to determine whether your door can be moved into this year's replacement schedule.
Regarding your utility costs, if you have concerns about your energy usage or billing, we encourage you to contact your utility provider directly to discuss your account and request a meter review if needed.
We appreciate your patience and will continue working with you to address your concerns.
Squatters

This complex has squatters. The apartments are cute roomy, but they have squatters. The apartments near me had a couple move out 06/28 and exactly 5 days later between 6-8 moved in. Everybody in the our building knew who everyone was upon arrival, what are the odds. They have the exact same decor as thee last renters , they never took it down-it serves as a mile marker for the squatters. they all have keys and they moved in only after leasing office was closed. From various states. There are ...
people running in and out of that apartment all hours of the day, they blast music and are loudest at night again after the leasing office is closed. I’m disappointed . I’ve called the police, they’ve been warned but don’t seem to care.

I lived in this apartment for 3 years and just moved out. Everything was great. Clean and nice apartment, spacious layout, and timely maintenance. It's in a nice and quite area which is good for students or family with kids. I would highly recommend.

I moved to Michigan in 2015, from one of the best apartments in Atlanta GA - Walton Communities. So the bar of expectations was already raised high. It was difficult for me to find something that wife would like *phew* :-)

rooms are spacious. Kitchen is spacious (most important for my wife :-) ) which makes it best value for money. Other apartments in same price range are a lot smaller. Landscape of the community is nice and spacious - buildings are spread out. Quite place.
Maintenance Service is great, specially emergency service personnel are very quick in responding.
Another thing I loved about this place was preps they do for you when you move in - new toilet seats, welcome pkg etc. and while leaving we did not have to worry about wall paint, cooking appliance burner covers... Most of the communities I lived said "Better you buy and replace, if we buy and replace it will cost you more!" - So yes, these nitty-gritty things do matter a lot, and a lot less hassle and money. moving in & out!
Another thing I love about this Polo Club Apartments is there 2 cool Lease addendum - I took both. First Optional Addendum available is - "If your job situation changes, you do not have to vacate with a hefty 2 months rent and what not." very fair, hard to find Landlord which do not exploit people in distress. This was so cool. Second option is "If you buy a new house and you have this addendum, again you do not pay hefty amounts at the time of leaving." Amazing Amazing! That's what we did - just bought a home and moved out..! This is a great place to stay...! Thank you Polo Club for giving us wonderful memories.

The Home Buyers program was perfect for me as I found my new home earlier than expected. The ladies in the office were always friendly & accommodating. I've rented apartments for over 20 years in Chicago and 4 years in Farmington. This was the second complex I'd lived in while in Farmington and I wish I'd found it when I first moved here! VERY reasonable rent and well maintained. The maintenance crew is great (shout out to Jeff) and is always quick to tend to requests. Lisa, the property manager, is the nicest woman to work with! I had a small one bed and wanted to move to a larger apartment. She was great about working with me on that. ...
Then I found my house! She was fantastic about helping me (since I had to leave my lease early) and very quickly found a new renter for my apartment. They DO have a program for home buyers, but I hadn't signed up for it and I was so thrilled how Lisa handled everything so I could get into my dream home.
The complex is quiet - I can't tell you how many apartments I've lived in where you can hear the neighbors above and beside you. Not the case here - and most of the residents I met were very friendly. I've lived at Citation Club (which is SUPER expensive for what you get, although Singh apartments are ridiculously more so), and looked at MANY other complexes in the area. This one is a super balance between location, amenities, apartment size and cost. And no pet rent!

I lived in the Polo Club apartments for the past two years. The first year I lived in a two bedroom and then I moved into a one bedroom to save money. Both apartments were in great shape and had some updates to them. The management was helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend the Polo Club apartments to anyone.

It is so very peaceful around my new home. I look out to a wooded area, where deer, rabbits, hawks, and other creatures visit me from time to time and I watch them in peace and tranquility. Beautiful!
I'm 15 minutes from work and 5 minutes away from the freeway that connects me to any other freeway I need.
I've found perfection!

Polo Club is a well maintained, friendly moderately sized apartment community located in beautiful, Farmington Hills, MI. It's a excellent community that has lots to offer families and singles alike! People are friendly, helpful, and embrace life. I live in the Wellington at Polo Club Apartments and we have been looking to move north since we work so far away. Everywhere else we look around the same price in Metro Detroit has less square feet and older interiors.
Our floor plan is very spacious and gives us lots of room for entertaining. The kitchen is more closed off and smaller that I would like but all the other rooms are a great size! The kitchen I have has older appliances but not that old. The windows are drafty and I do notice bugs ...
in the spring but bugs in the spring is normal.
If you look anywhere in Bloomfield Township or Royal Oak/Clawson area you will find nothing that compares for this price.

My husband and I have lived in the South Hampton style apartment for over 6 months and we love it. The apartment is very spacious compared to other apartments we looked at. The rooms are very generous in size and there is a lot of storage. We love having our own washer and dryer and the walk in closet in the master bedroom is awesome. We have new carpet and flooring throughout the entire apartment, and appliances are fairly new. The location is fantastic - near shopping centers, grocery stores ...
and nice restaurants. Very safe area. The staff has always been very friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. The only negative about the apartment is we have a lot of bugs - more than usual at other apartments I've lived in.
