Clean. Quiet. Luxury Living. After spending the last 20 years as a homeowner, I wasn't sure if downsizing and simplifying to an apartment would be a good fit, but Promenade Flats has made the transistion seamless. The property is clean and well maintained. The units are modern and well designed. The management staff is prompt, kind and professional. If you are in the same situation and downsizing is an option, I would highly recommend this property!

The apartments are really nice and taken care of. The management is good and Jacob made it really easy to move in. Erika was really nice in the office as well. The management for the property is also very nice and makes it easy if you have any problems

Quick Responses I came home to the smoke detector beeping. I immediately submitted a maintenance request worried it would continue beeping throughout the evening. Regardless of my end of the day request, maintenance arrived and changed the batteries in less than 10 minutes. I am very thankful for such an amazing team at this community!

Promenade flats I have lived here at promenade flats for 9 mos. And every one of the staff . Here has always went above & beyond . To make sure that me as a resident here have the best experience of being part of the community they are very friendly & go out of there way . To make sure that this community has what it needs at all times . I can’t say that I’ve ever lived anywhere. That you are genuinely made to feel like family.
