September 15, 2025Being honest I didnt get the apartment I wanted with the higher square footage, got stuck in a lease agreement that was 60 dollars higher than the estimate, and they only let me see my apartment on move in day because the deposit was awol and the guy looking for it wanted to get out of the office an hour earlier. Also when he checked my apartment maintenance hadnt cleared it yet or wasnt in the system yet so not sure what was going on there. Then when i finally do move in the power went out and i ...couldnt turn it back on because of some electrical problem. Not to mention that the nozzle on my bathroom shower leaked. So yeah theres that. Its been hell getting to this point but we will see if it gets better.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025Things seem to be getting better close to what it was when we first moved here. Still have a select few who CLEARY don’t have any respect that they have neighbors and do not care how things are in the neighborhood. Keeping things clean and quiet but guess you have to take the good with the bad and hope they either figure it out or move….Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025Was absolutely great almost 3 years ago when we moved here. Looked at many places rode through at different times of the day and night to make sure it was nice and quiet in which it was. Was great for almost 2 years. Well now not so much the case. Police continuously present all times of the days and hours. New management have since tried to de-escalate things as much as they can but not much has changed. Hopefully for my family and myself things will change for us to not have to live in the ...environment that is here now. When paying as much as we do it’s not so easy just packing up and moving. Because it’s obviously not going to change or get better. The universe and God has it in their hands!!Property Manager Responded
