September 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comBeing honest I didnt get the apartment I wanted with the higher square footage, got stuck in a lease agreement that was 60 dollars higher than the estimate, and they only let me see my apartment on move in day because the deposit was awol and the guy looking for it wanted to get out of the office an hour earlier. Also when he checked my apartment maintenance hadnt cleared it yet or wasnt in the system yet so not sure what was going on there. Then when i finally do move in the power went out and i ...couldnt turn it back on because of some electrical problem. Not to mention that the nozzle on my bathroom shower leaked. So yeah theres that. Its been hell getting to this point but we will see if it gets better.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Still have a select few who CLEARY don’t have any respect that they have neighbors and do not care how things are in the neighborhood. August 4, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWas absolutely great almost 3 years ago when we moved here. Looked at many places rode through at different times of the day and night to make sure it was nice and quiet in which it was. Was great for almost 2 years. Well now not so much the case. Police continuously present all times of the days and hours. New management have since tried to de-escalate things as much as they can but not much has changed.
