I have lived at the Paces for almost two years and I couldn't imagine a better place to call home! The office staff and maintenance crew are so welcoming, helpful, quick to respond and always willing to go above and beyond. The grounds are kept clean and manicured, and the pools are beautiful. They keep dog treats at the office and are always excited to see us when we stop in, and all my neighbors are so friendly! I love that I get to call this place home, I'd recommend the Paces to anyone!

The Paces staff is wonderful! They work hard to please residents and meet their individual needs. The apartments have beautiful modern conveniences which enhance the quality of life. Paces meets the needs of Senior adults like myself. It is a safe community and a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend people of all ages to look over The Paces as your next home!

The bottom floor apartment has stained concrete which is a great accent for all color schemes. The textured walls are definitely a plus. The palm tree pool setting is the perfect place to have a pool party with a couple friends/sun bathe.

The paces at the estates are the wonderful apartment complex set in the middle of a quaint neighborhood. The palm tree remind you of being on vacation. The staff are always friendly and maintenance handles you request in timely manner.. By far the best place to live in auburn,al.

Paces is a gated complex located in a residential neighborhood near the Auburn/Opelika line, approximately 5 miles from AU campus. Easy access to Highway 280 and shopping at Tiger Town and not far from downtown Auburn. The apartments are modern and spacious with open floor plans and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Appliances are faux stainless steel, the bathrooms have large garden tubs, and the walk-in closets are spacious. Paces is pet friendly, and many residents have dogs. ...
Most residents seem to be young professionals, but there are some families and older residents. Paces is far enough away from AU campus that there are few students. Typically a very quiet community. Two police officers from Auburn and Opelika serve as courtesy officers. There is a pool, grills, and 24-hour fitness center. I like that the office will accept packages so that they are not sitting at my door all day long. Maintenance is okay - not the greatest, but my standard is high from my previous residence. Overall a great place to live!!
