November 22, 2024Very unsafe place to live! Very unprofessional staff and maintenance! I don't know why the city continues to keep this s place open. It's been red tagged several times. Please do not move here your vehicle will be vandalized too.Review from Apartments.com
Unprofessional leasing agent
January 4, 2019I called from the parking lot to make the leasing office was open and on site, as I pulled up to the office the agent was locking the door and leaving the office without a word me got in her car and left. I decided then that this wasn't the place for to live or even entertain to spend my money. Very unprofessionalProperty Manager Responded

Love living here, saving tons of $
August 10, 2016I was hesitant to move here since I have been living in the Lansing area for so many years and never thought I would move to the east side. I am really happy I did since the area has been changing and I am saving so much money living close to my school.Property Manager Responded
