October 7, 2019Went to look at these apartments as a potential home. I explained to the manager that my credit wasn’t the best but I could pay more for a deposit (or we had a co-signer like the application stated we could). He was rude, and flat out told me I’d be denied. I understood but he continued on with I should still take the risk and apply because “you never know”. Seems like he was just trying to get me out of a non-refundable $100. The apartment I was shown was so much smaller than the pictures, the ...rooms all had an old carpet in them.
