August 18, 2025The neighbors, location and small community make it a wonderful place to live. Dog friendly. We've had some not considerate neighbors but they do t last long. Guest Parking can be challenging, I live alone so it's not a problem for me but many residents are forced to park on street or down the street because businesses at shopping center leave their cars parked for lengthy overnights early moved. There's junk cars too that don't move out of public spaces. Appreciate they finally fixed the ...railings on walkways, balconies and decks. I think security could be added it's an open complex. July 13, 2020The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors a lot. I know this comes with apartment living, but it is much more noise than I remember from previous apartments. It often sounds like someone else is in my home when my neighbors are on the stairs or upstairs. Also, the entryway is so narrow that some of my furniture couldn't make it into the apartment so I had to put it in storage. Other than those issues, it is a very nice place to live.Property Manager Responded
