August 4, 2021Please save your money and go somewhere else. Management is horrible and they really don’t care about there tenants. Not family oriented, loud, no parking, it’s not safe environment and just an outright waste of money. Doesn’t matter how decent the price is, it’s not worth it. Nightmare
February 11, 2016Loud, cheap quality, unsafe (our place was broken into), money driven, dishonest... Where to begin? Looks nice at first glance. But every tenant realizes within months that they made a huge mistake. Every one of my neighbors couldn't wait til their lease was up. And when that day happens, watch out. The management's saccharine smiles turn to into what was hiding beneath all that time: money driven and heartless. We were a little late with our notice, and they got us for an extra 1,000 in ...xtra rent/damages. And this was at Christmas time. Bah humbug. Save yourself the time and heartache. Lush tree's, quiet, nice neighbors
October 9, 2015While the tree's, the water sounds and the neighbors are great, the property is showing it's age in the apartments. It was built in the 70's and the structural pieces are starting to really show. Termites, ants, wood rot, popcorn ceilings that leave a coating of dust if you go out of town for two days is all part of the picture. Rent rates continue to climb at rapid speed and some of the office staff is very witchy yet functional enough, however I wouldn't give any awards for exceptional customer ...service. Parking at times is very limited as they are always doing a maintenance project which uses up a few parking spots so if you come home late the extra available spaces (other than your 1 assigned space) are gone and you see cars circling the parking lot like sharks looking for a space.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 27, 2015We looked forever trying to find an apartment, we looked according to size, parking and of course price. We ended up going with pacific woods and we are so happy!!! August 9, 2015The people here are nice and helpful. Needed help with moving furniture out of the apartment, while new carpet was installed. There was no hesitation from the neighbors to help, when asked. Love the fact I can pay rent and submit work orders online. It's quick and easy. Rent is paid and work orders are taken care of within 24 hours or sooner. I've lived here for 16 years and it's been a good experience so far.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Homebase
August 7, 2015Location being on a main stretch these apartments are quiet place to live with lots of greenery and creeks around. Parking includes places for visitor inside the gate. The two pools and landscaping are clean and maintained well. The staff is always friendly and willing and able to work with me to complete maintenance or answer any questions. Communication is good, when letting tenants know about maintenance or leasing options. Annual leases and amenities for tenants are a keeper.Review from Apartments.com
