January 12, 2025We had to move from Tampa to Boynton Beach on short notice of only 2 weeks, and Jaiden was SO helpful throughout our entire leasing process! She promptly answered all of our questions, and made moving-in a breeze. We have only been here a couple days so far, but the community is safe, clean, and beautiful! The other residents have been extremely friendly to us, and the location is within 1mi of all major grocery stores - not to mention every type of shopping/food you could imagine. We rented the ...1/1 with a den, and couldn't be happier with this choice. It's as if we have a second bedroom! The appliances are all new, the balcony is huge, the closet is the perfect size, and the bedroom is larger than we anticipated. The smart controls for the A/C were a nice surprise, the ceilings are high, the ventilation seems more than sufficient, and we're a big fan of the flooring also. We love it here so far - go ahead and apply, you won't regret it!Property Manager Responded
