Bad Customer Service
September 16, 2021I walked up to the office at 5pm trying to talk to management and there was someone blocking the door to the office. I could hear the actual office manager in the back but for some reason he was blocking me from coming in. So rude!!! I said I’m here to look at an available apartment and he said there’s none till December and I asked for a tour he said we’re closed, as he was clearly standing by a sign that said it closed at 6pm. Lost my business!!!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here
March 12, 2021These apartments are absolutely disgusting!!! Roach infested there are dead roaches all over the apartment and some painted over walls. No maintenance is ever done we’ve filed for work orders multiple times. Trash is all over the outside parking lot in the grass. Horrible apartment do not recommend!Property Manager Responded

Spacious living area
June 21, 2016I've lived here for almost four months and i love it. It's maintained very well has and area to sit and chill ,another with picnic tables for outdoor meals. I've not once heard anything through the walls with anyone doing their buisness. The maintenance is fast amd done right. Large, nice 2 bdrm
March 28, 2016I have been here almost 2 yrs, the 2 bdrm is large and nicely laid out, washer-dryer hook ups, the office staff are very nice and helpful, maint.is excellent(oven heating element went out-called the office gave them make and model-said would probably be about a day, told them no problem,so I went to Krogers by the time I got home it was fixed and left a note for me ) the complex is clean and landscaped. The location is a big bonus, near everything. No privacy
December 3, 2015You don't get no privacy I these apartments, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing including going to the bathroom. Neighbors leave their trash in the breezeway which is stinky and nasty. We're miserable and stuck here for a year in a lease.Review from Apartments.com
Decent
July 28, 2015I live in a two bedroom with my husband. We live in a decent area were around everything close to all the stores in the mall. As for the apartment they are very roomy spacious they're nice. Although sometimes there are loud noises and we have to make a lot of complaints maintenance is typically always there when needed.
