April 2, 2024Just signed my second lease because there is nowhere better to live in Longview if you choose to rent. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and lovely apartments. December 15, 2023Amazing dedicated staff that make your experience here great. The grounds are well kept it’s a treat to watch the sun rise over looking the walking trail. Its convenient location gives us access to tons of restaurants and shopping centers. It’s easy to run any errand in a matter of mins. They have every amenity you could possibly want. Couldn't pick a better property to live at!

Bug infestation
July 30, 2023I’ve had pest control issues since I moved in!!! Spiders and gnats coming out of the drains. Gaps in the doorway letting spiders in they tried to fix with weather stripping and had pest control out several times with no help! Will be taking them to court for my deposit back along with posting the pics and videos I have of my neighbors stating they have same issues.Property Manager Responded

We have promptly responded to each of your requests and ensured that professional pest control services were carried out in your home. Additionally, we went the extra mile by adding weather stripping to further fortify your home against potential entry points for pests. Recently, we arranged for Orkin's manager to inspect your home alongside our team to thoroughly investigate the situation. The inspection yielded no signs of infestation or structural vulnerabilities that could contribute to pest issues. I want to emphasize that we genuinely care about your comfort and safety and have taken every possible measure to address the ...matter. It's important to note that gnats are often attracted to various factors, and more often than not, their presence is not a result of any oversight or negligence on our part as a management company. Instead, these pests can be drawn by factors such as leaving fruits out for an extended period, overwatering plants, neglecting to take out trash in a timely manner, or having food residues in garbage disposals. Your feedback is essential to us, and we genuinely believe we did everything we could to help solve the matter and are very sorry to have not lived up your expectations.
