Just signed my second lease because there is nowhere better to live in Longview if you choose to rent. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and lovely apartments. The office staff is friendly and competent and Robert and the maintenance crew are outstanding and responsive. You can’t go wrong renting here at the Paladin!

Amazing dedicated staff that make your experience here great. The grounds are well kept it’s a treat to watch the sun rise over looking the walking trail. Its convenient location gives us access to tons of restaurants and shopping centers. It’s easy to run any errand in a matter of mins. They have every amenity you could possibly want. Move in was a breeze.
