        If you like the Resort type feeling in an apartment building. Palisade UTC would be the place. Living here close to 5 years and walking through the doors of this beautiful place never gets old. Not only that . . . you get to stroll the Mall as much as you like. This is a HOME. And I would like to give recognition to the staff ( headed by Angela) who everyday go out of their way to make it feel just THAT !

        I am one of the first 34 people to move into this wonderful community and I am now here 6 years. I’m very happy here and couldn’t wish for a better more wonderful community. If you are looking for a wonderful place to call home, there isn’t a better community here in San Diego.

        If you want to live in a resort every day then the Palisades is your home. Fabulous open floor plans amazing views natural sunlight, conveniently located at the best mall in San Diego and state of the art amenities.
