Very nice apartments but,
February 25, 2022I have been living at these apartments for 2 years now and have loved the experience. however, the people in this neighborhood with pets are so irresponsible. There is dog poop everywhere. It used to be a pleasant experience walking outside since management does a very good job with changing flowers every season and maintaining them. But having dog poops everywhere have ruined my walks. apartments are great, management is good, but they need to do something about keeping their community area ...clean.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced!
January 18, 2021There is a reason that there are no photos of the one bedroom apartments. The kitchen space is 2 sq. ft. I had to sell my kitchen set because there is no room for a table or chairs. There could at least be an island in the one bedroom apts. or built in table space against the *small* kitchen wall . Monthly rent is too high to not have a kitchen. Poor use of square footage. After this lease is up my toddler and I will relocate.Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartments tucked away in a great location!
August 14, 2020Nice apartments in a great location! Very close to the lake and beautiful views! Apartments are nice and roomy and the kitchen is amazing! By far the largest kitchen I have seen in apartments for a very affordable price. Amenities are coming along and so far seem to be amazing!
