Front Office to Maintenance: A Teamwork Couldn’t be happier with the service! Lynda in the front office was quick and helpful getting the ticket submitted, and maintenance came out within 24 hours and completely fixed the problem. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was still going well. That extra care makes a big difference—great experience.

Piedmont Plantation is the best apartment if you want a reasonably priced home in a secluded complex that boasts lots of amenities including lakes, pools, dog parks, a gym, and car wash. The office staff is professional, efficient, and super friendly! This location also includes a top notch maintenance crew that is available 24/7 at your every beck and call. You will be delighted that you chose this apartment community as your place to call home!

Some of the many great features of this apartment is that it has washer/dryer hook up, animal friendly, great amenities, super friendly staff, fun pool parties, balcony apartments, perfect and quiet location, and the neighbors are also friendly! It has a cool little dog park for my pooch, a playground, carwash and it makes a great place for walks around the complex and neighborhood! We're very happy we chose this apartment and all it has to offer! We HIGHLY recommend!
