Trash Every weekend the trash is out of control. The dumpster is piled high with garbage all around the outside. They try , but the first three months we’ve been here it has been ineffective.

The Professionalism while doing the walk thoughs when looking at different apartments.... was such a good experience!! The knowledge from the management was flawless! Nico was the gentleman who walked me through the process and answered every question that I asked , which helped me make the decision to be part of this Great community. Resident at Palisades We've been here since 2022 and we've had a few leasing agents. The staff here are very professional,pleasant and polite. They are quick to address any issues that arise. Allison,Brittany and Nico are wonderful. The maintenance team Tony and Nick are wonderful and quick to address your problem s.

Quick and direct results I put a maintenance request in one day the next day the maintenance chain was here or the maintenance personnel was here assessing my AC issue coming inside the apartment to check the AC unit going outside of the apartment checking the AC unit and coming back in with the correction very fast is very efficient
