Terrible neighbors at 420 It’s not that Palisade Knightdale is doing bad. It’s my neighbors that are terrible neighbors. They’re very noisy and inconsiderate. They allow their kids to run and jump over my head as if they were outside playing. The noise is off the chain. I don’t even bother to complain anymore because I just feel it doesn’t do any good, so if they are up there next year, I’m moving!
