We moved in as the first tenants when they were first built. We had a first floor, corner apartment. The office and maintenance were all so friendly and quick to help. The amenities are great. You’re close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants, the beaches and Downtown. We had a great experience living there

They are completely unprofessional and when me and my fiance moved out they told us it was fine to leave the keys in the appartment and now we are being charged an extra $200 on top of what we owed to move out because they said we didn't call them to remind them that we left the keys in the appartment they will find every single way to charge you that they possibly can and when you want to dispute it they just put you on debt collection and mark it in there system and won't even listen to ...
