The location is beautiful, the apartment spacious with all the needed amenities, and the property management team ( including the maintenance team) is fantastic. In all my interactions with them Lauren and Ashley are quick to respond, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Easy Peasy Nice N Easy Everything was extremely simple and easy for us.
We scheduled a tour 1 month before our lease was up at our other place. Took a tour and picked out one that was available within the month. Ashley was extremely helpful with our questions and getting the apt ready for move in. We followed the check list that she emailed to us and moved in on the day that we were scheduled with all the maintenance projects completed.
It was super easy. Met 4 of our neighbors on day 1 and ...
everyone is very nice. After a hard day of moving, we were beat, so we went for a stroll along the creak and enjoyed the salt water pool. And after our dip, we had dinner at the Loaded Tater Food truck parked at the entrance.
Couldn't ask for a cooler group of people to live near.. Surrounded by mountains, goats, mooing cows, chickens and sweet families. This is what they meant when they said "Welcome to God's Country."

Outstanding Quiet neighborhood. Perfectly and conveniently located. Terrific, friendly, and very competent staff who genuinely care and are quick to respond and solve problems.
The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful, the Mountain View’s spectacular, and the creek an idyllic setting for peace and reflection.
