The property managers always keep us informed of issues and/or events and I’m grateful. The valet trash concierge can be a little cleaner when picking up trash. They leave trash behind in the corridors making it look unkept. And it can use some pressure washing inside the corridors but other than that I have no issues. Thank you! Avoid this Apartment Community
September 29, 2022Really not worth the amount of money you pay. Sure they have resident raffles, free donut day, and ask monthly questions like “ what type of coffee do you want provided in the club house” but don’t be mislead. It’s just a gimmick. The management does not manage! This apartment community is loaded with drugs, car break ins, vandalism, trash everywhere, non compliance for any type of community rule by the residents. For god’s sake recently we actually has a juvenile climbing and scaling the three ...story buildings. The kids are out of control in this community with no parental supervision, fighting, leaving trash everywhere, being disrespectful, and destroying what was a pretty complex.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
July 25, 2022The management completely ignores any issues that you bring to their attention. Even when they involve health and safety issues. You have to place multiple maintenance requests before they will attempt to fix the issues. amenities are often unusable. The game room is frequently without air conditioning and the pool guy will dump chemicals in the pool while you are swimming. The noise level is so high that I had to start wearing earplugs in order to sleep at night.Property Manager Responded
