Great Family/Dog Friendly Place
January 30, 2019This is our first apartment, We enjoyed our time here. The place is very dog-friendly and family friendly. Everyone here is very welcoming. The maintenance is a little slow, but they do get the job done. The pool is a wonderfully clean and relaxing place to be if you didn't want to go to the beach. The stuff is so helpful and super kind. They are very patience and really get to know the people living in the apartments. They also do a wonderful job of trying to have an activity for the community ...happening all the time. Like a book club, work session, yard sale, even station to wrap presents during the holidays, even just to get the community together to have lunch. The beach is only a 10 min drive down. Then Food loin only a 5 min drive away. Everything else is about 20 min to Jacksonville to best buy Walmart, target, five below, Micheals Etc. One of the best things they invested in was the Lux One, which allows us to get our package at any time! They have a very secure room where all our packages are kept in. Then on your time, you put the code in to unlock the door and get your package. THIS great for when everyone working and won't be home until after the office closes. June 12, 2013I had a great year living at the Quarters. The units are new and clean. Choice between sunroom or porch area was nice. The pool is beautiful. I used the gym daily and was happy that it had just what was needed for a complete workout. Maintenance came for a repair within a day and were really helpful with feedback and/or questions. The office/maintenance people even brought a package to me a few times when I contacted them about having trouble picking it up due to work hours. I always received ...timely responses and thorough answers about my lease and move in/move out questions. Also good location if you are in Jacksonville often but want to stay close to the beach.
