Excellent Service and Support I was very well taken care of from the beginning. The agent was always very attentive, helpful, and polite throughout every step of the process.
I highly recommend them. Every request I have made so far has always been handled quickly, and I have nothing to complain about regarding the service.
It was truly excellent service. Even after renting the apartment, they continue to provide great support and always respond quickly whenever I need anything.

Just neighbors I love staying here and I love the convenience of everything. However, my only downfall is the neighbors. They leave trash out for days on in, leave their dogs poop on the walk way and then the people above us stomp all day and night and nothing is ever done to rectify these issues.

I absolutely love Palisades at Belmont Apartments! It's truly a fantastic community. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The noise levels between floors is ridiculous. This is a money hungry company, they do not care about residents or their peace. Property manager allow people above you with kids to run/jump/ skip and ride motorized toys in the house and make noise all day every day. Their response “it’s part of apartment living” They don’t want to do their job or deal with issues head on. The management allows whatever to go and corporate is no better. They are Unprofessional and Incompetent people working in ...

Even before moving in I already experienced problems. I had to reach out to their corporate headquarters for them to contact me about whether or not I’d been approved when I needed to move in ASAP. Later found out I couldve moved in sooner but they took so long to contact me back. Ironically enough, the day before I moved in, I found out they were giving $250 off the first month for people who moved in before a certain date. I was told they would try to talk to corporate to see if they could ...
apply that discount for all my inconveniences- never happened. Dishwasher has been broken with no update from the front other than a part would be in by the following week- it’s been a month now. Apartment came with no ice cover and was informed at move in that I would receive a new one- still haven’t received it. Floors are thin so you can hear conversations from neighbors below and above. So far- I’ve had nothing but disappointments.

Palisades Belmont Office did not provide me the proper guidance

Moved in August 2017, signed up for automatic draft, always paid on time, January gave notice of moving March 12 (total lease agreement). Office provided pro-rate amount but drafted the entire months rent and also the new increased rental price. Tenants keep in mind, you are responsible and office staff will only provide enough guidance for you to hang yourself.
